Lata Bimolecular Laboratory domestic logistics and site works

Australia’s Solomon Islands Resource Facility (ASIRF) is inviting local contractors to submit a formal bid to complete the domestic logistics and site works required for a new Bimolecular Laboratory at Lata Area Health Centre (Lata Hospital), Lata, Temotu Province, Solomon Islands.

Cardno International Development – a DT Global Company –seeks to contract a local contractor using a whole-of-contract approach considering all relevant financial and non-financial costs and benefits.

The Contractor’s scope includes domestic shipping /transport of two NZ prefabricated shipping container laboratory units (by others – updated ETA 23 September) from Honiara to the Lata Hospital site and construction of all associated site works including site services, r/c footings/ paths / ramp, construction of roof (post / beam / trusses – approx. 30m2 ),water tank and fixtures.

Interested tenderers are required to meet the requirements as stated in qualifications and selection criteria set out and form part of the tender documents.
