PUBLIC TENDER NOTICE

Name of Project: Rural Schools Hybrid Solar PV off-Grid System Electrification and Solar Water Pumping Project

The Energy Division of Ministry of Mines, Energy and Rural Electrification invites interested eligible Tenderers to submit tenders for the Supply of the followings;

1.Solar PV off-Grid System of 15KW and water pumping for Kulu Community High School, Guadalcanal Province.

2.Solar PV Off – Grid System of 30KW for Monene Community High School, Temotu Province

Full details of the 2 projects above are provided in the attached Technical Specifications and Schedule of Requirements.

Bids are to be separated for each of the two.

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual, and is open to all eligible Tenders.

Interested eligible Tenderer may obtain further information from the Energy Division of Ministry of Mines , Energy and Rural Electrification (MMERE) at Eagle Street, Lengakiki.
