INVITATION TO TENDER   

TENDER REFERENCE

NUMBER: CTB C13 / 2021

1.  The Ministry Of Education and Human Resources Development (MEHRD) invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified tenderers for the construction of the following General Capital Works Project 2021 .Full Details of the full details are provided in the attached Technical Specification, Schedule of Activities and Drawings

2. Bidding will be conducted through the competitive tendering Procedures specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual, and is open to all eligible Tenderer. The contract will be awarded the lowest responsive evaluated tender.

3. Tenders are packaged by school in lots and are specified below.

4. Construction of 1 standard Classroom on Concrete Columns ,Manawai CHS,Malaita Province

5. Construction of 1 concrete Masonry Science Classroom ,Lilika CHS Isabel Province

6. Construction of 1 Girls Double Storey Dormitory & 1 Ablution Block ,Kukele CHS ,Choiseul Province

7. Construction of 1 Dining Hall/Kitchen Building ,St Stephen Pamua College ,Makira Province

8. Construction of 1 Standard Classroom on Concrete Columns, Siva PS, Renbel Province

9. Construction of 1 Dining Hall/Kitchen Building ,Garanga SSS, Isabel Province

10. Construction of Concrete Masonry Science Classroom ,Potau CHS, Guadalcanal Province   

 

1. Tendered may bid for any one lot, for more than one lot or for all lots.

2.  Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from Procurement and Contract Unit and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below at tong’s 4 storey Building Point Cruz ,Honiara ,Solomon Islands from 09:00 to 16:00 on Mondays to Fridays.

3. A pre-tender meeting will be held at the Ministry’s conference Room 3.2 (Tongs Building, Point Cruz) on Friday 25th June 2021 at 10am for all interested bidders.

4.  Tenders must be delivery to the address below at or before 2:00pm on Thursday 22nd July 2021 .Late Tenderer will be rejected.
