INVITATION FOR TENDERS

TENDER NAME: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SPORT EQUIPMENT FOR GAMES ORGANIZING COMMITTEE  –  GOC

TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER: GTB GOC 26/22

The Games Organizing Committee invites interested eligible tenderers to submit tenders for the Supply and Delivery of Sports Equipment.

Full details of the Sports Equipment are provided in the attached Technical Specifications and Schedule of Requirements.

Bidding will be conducted through the CompetitiveTendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2013 and is open to all eligible tenderers.

Bidders are required to submit bids for either one (1), two (2)or three (3) or all of the Lots stated below;

LOT 11	Supply and Delivery of Swimming Equipment
LOT 12	Supply and Deliver of Open Water Swimming Equipment

Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below:

 Pre-Tender Meeting is scheduled on the 19th of January 2023 at 10 am at the GOC Office, Sea King Building.

Tenders will be closed on Friday 27th January 20232 pm.

Late tenders will not be accepted and will be returned unopened, Games Organizing Committee is not bound to accept the lowest bid price, a reasonable price with no variations shall be accepted.

Any bidder attempting to influence the tender process will be disqualified from the tender process.
