Invitation to Tender : Construction of Seghe Office Building

Tenders are invited for the Construction of an Office Building at Seghe Provincial Sub-Station, Marovo Lagoon, Western Province.

A charge of SBD $200.00 will be made for hard copies of the documents and can be paid at the Provincial Cashier or can be deposited into Provincial BSP A/C# 8400200801 and send the deposit slip to the email address above for the documents to be sent to you.

Instructions to bidders are included with the tender documents.

Tenders close at 2pm on Thursday 3^rd March 2022.

All tenders must be addressed to the address below with the Contract Number and Name labelled on the back of the envelope.

Any tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.

All prospective tenderers are encouraged to attend a Pre-Bid Conference to be held at the Provincial Planning Office at 10am on Monday 21^st February 2022.  However, this not mandatory.

The Western Provincial Government is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.  Failure to comply with the tender instructions may lead to disqualification of the tender.

Any attempt by a tenderer to influence the award of the tender in their favour will cause automatic disqualification and may lead to criminal proceedings.
