Name of Project: Printing and Suppliers of Vehicle Inspection Report and Certificate Book
The Ministry of Infrastructure Development invites interested eligible Tenderers to submit tenders for Printing and Suppliers of Vehicle Inspection Report and Certificate Book, delivery Ministry of Infrastructure Development -Land Transport Management Services Division. Full details of the Goods are provided in the attached Technical Specifications and Schedule of Requirements.
Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual, and is open to all eligible Tenderers.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from MID Land Transport Management Services, Galokisa, LukisiGalokisa.Lukisi@sig.gov.sb, Phone 21159 and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Ministry of Infrastructure Development -LTMS P.O. Box G8 Honiara Solomon Island, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm during working days.
A complete set of Tender documents in English may be obtained by interested Tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SBD$100.00.paid to MID Cashier or MOFT Central Revenue Cashier.
Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address at or before 2pm Friday 10th May 2024, Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 Days after the deadline of Tender submission.
Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 2:30pm Friday 10th May 2024.
