TENDER NAME: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT FOR NATIONAL SPORTS FEDERATION -GOC

The Games Organizing Committee invites interested eligible Tenderers to submit tenders for the Supply and delivery of office equipment support for National Sports Federation Office for the Pacific Games.

Full details of the Goods are provided in the attached Technical Specifications and Schedule of Requirements.

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2013 and is open to all eligible Tenderers.

Pre-Tender shall be on the 18th February 2022 at the NHA Office-Sea-king Building, Time: 11:00 am, interested bidders shall ensure all COVID rules must apply upon attending this pre-tender.

Tenders shall close on Thursday 3rd March 2022 at 2pm; late tenders will not be accepted will be returned unopened. Opening of tenders shall be on the same day after closing of tenders.
