PSTS Expression of Interest
The Ministry of Public Service wishes to invite eligible consultants to submit Proposals for the provision of consultancy service for the Evaluation & Redesigning of the Public Service Transformation Strategy 2017-2021.
Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual and is open to all eligible Tenderer.
Interested Consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified and have the experience to perform the Service.
