INVITATION FOR TENDERS

NAME OF PROJECT

1.Renovation of MFMR Workshop Building.

MTB No: MFMR/04/21

 

The Ministry of Fisheries & Marine Resource invites interested eligible Contractors to be submit tenders for the Provision of work for the Minor Renovation of Workshop Building to be provided at Ministry .

Full details are provide in the attached Drawings and Bill of Quantities /Scope of works.

This is a Lump sum contract.

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instruction 2013 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual, and is open to all eligible Tenderers.

Inspection of the Bidding Documents at the address given above address from 8am-4:30pm week days or visit our

website www.mfmr.gov.sb.

Tender briefing will be conducted on the 28th July 2021 at 10am at MFMR office.

A complete set of Tender documents in English may be obtained by interested Tenderers on the submission of a personal or written application and payment of non-refundable amount $150.00 in cash to the address above.

Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below at or before 2:00PM, 2nd August 2021.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 45 days after the deadlines of Tenders submission .

Late Tenders will be rejected .

 

Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representative who choose to attend at the address below.
