        INVITATION FOR BIDS

1.    The Climate Change Division of the Ministry Environment ,Climate Change ,Disaster Management and Meteorology invites interested eligible Tenderers to submit tender for Tauba Community Cool Room System towards the below activity.

1. Supply of Solar PV Power Equipment and Materials
3.    Bidding will be conducted through the competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration manual, and is open to all eligible Tenderers.

And inspect the Bidding documents at the address given above from 8:00 AM to 4:30PM

5.    A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be obtained by interested Tenderers from the address given above.
6.    Tenders comprising the documents identified in the instruction to Tenderers (ITT),and following the requirements of  the ITT, must be addressed to the following :

7.    Tenders must be delivered to the address below ;

At or before 2:00PM on Thursday 24th June 2021. Tenders shall be valid for a period 120 days after the deadline of tender submission .Late or incomplete Tenders will be rejected.
8.    Tender Envelope is to be marked with the “Tender Number “and the “Tenderers Names”
On the outside of the envelope and Tenderers must ensure they will fill in the “lodgement Register “upon submission of the Tender.
9.    Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the MOFT LEAF HUT shortly after the due time at 2:00PM on the 24th of June 2021.
10.    The Central Tender Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the Tenders.
