Name of Project: KGVI Staff Duplex

The secretariat to the Authority and facilities Committee invites interested eligible Contractors to submit tenders for the Construction of Works for the New KGVI School Staff Duplex at the school staff – housing precinct behind KGVI School Compound. Full details are provided in the attached Technical Specifications, Schedule of Activities and Drawings.

 

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual, and is open to all eligible Tenderer. The contract Administration Manual, and is open to all eligible Tenderer.

 

The contract will be awarded the lowest responsive evaluated tender.

Interested eligible Tenderer may obtain further information from the National Hosting Authority by emailing Leeroy Bird at LBird@sol2023.com.sb and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.

Tenderers wishing to collect bidding documents will also need to pay a non-refundable fee of $250.00SBD. Payment shall be in the form of cash.

 

A complete set of Tender documents in English may be obtained be interested Tenderer on the submission of a personal or written application to the address below. Additionally, interested tenderers wishing collect the set of documents must come with a USB flash drive to collect the blank BoQ document as well as PDF copies of the drawings.

 

Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below at or before 3:00pm, 15th October 2021.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 45 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late or incomplete Tenders will be rejected.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 3:00pm, 15th October 2021.
