Expression of Interest (EOI) for Bus Operator

The Games Organizing Committee (GOC) of the Sol2023 Pacific Games is seeking an Express of Interests (EOI) for from bus operator to provide bus services to Games Organizing Committee Staff pick up and drop off from Monday – Friday from Alligator on the Eastern to its Head Office opposite the Honiara City Council.

GOC now invites Expressions of interest to indicate their interest in providing their rates, appropriate services, ratings, etc.).

The bus operator may associate to enhance their qualifications and legalities.

The Operator will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Solomon Islands Procurement and Contract Administration Manual and SIG Financial Instructions 2010.

EOI may apply to specify their costs/rates, further information can be obtained at the address below during official hours from 8.30 am-5:00 pm

Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below before 2:00 pm by Monday 30th January 2023

SECTION V. SCHEDULE OF REQUIREMENTS

INTRODUCTION:

The Games Organising Committee wishes to encourage Bus Operators to submit their expression of interest.

Interested bidders shall provide their rates for their listed services below.

Rates per day on Pickups and drop-offs from Alligator to GOC Office Seaking Building.

REQUIREMENTS:

The bus service provider must

•Have a valid G Province License/ Honiara City Council License & TIN

•100 percent roadworthy with all legal documents, clean and fully air condition

•Experienced Driver, well groomed, do not smoke and chew betel nut.

•Knowledge about all roads in Honiara and surrounding Eastern areas.

Submission of EOI

When submitting your Expression of Interest include in it the daily rates for pick up and drop off and bus capacity, details, etc.
