2022 Easter Message:

The Western Provincial Government wishes to convey a Special Easter greeting to all Christian throughout Western Province and beyond.

Easter is a significant occasion in the life and history of Christianity ended in the death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

It is through this act of sacrificial death and resurrection that we are set free from the bondage of sin.

 May this  Easter brings glad tidings and good will to all mankind, and that we shall have the living hope of glory that is to come.

As we celebrate this Easter in the midst of the unprecedented times in our history paused by the COVID-19 pandemic, let us be mindful of our responsibilities to adhere to all public health protocols at the same time maintaining the faith we have in the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Let us celebrate this Easter in a new way that is different from the previous ones.

Let this Easter be a life changing experience based on faith in Jesus Christ and the love He displayed on the cross of Calvary.
