The Ministry of Provincial Government and Institutional Strengthening and the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change, Disaster Management and Meteorology intend to apply for financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the [IEDCR project] and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include:

The consultant will support the PMU, MECDM and Ministry of Provincial Government and Institutional Strengthening to formulae the required process, procedures and strategy to mainstream climate change and disaster risk management into planning activities; compile awareness materials; strengthening and integrating disaster preparedness and response into subnational planning, deliver trainings and provide technical support to MECDM and MPGIS to sufficiently carry out the climate change and disaster risk management activities under the Project.

The [Ministry of Provincial Government and Institutional Strengthening and the Ministry of Ministry of Environment, Climate Change, Disaster Management and Meteorology] now invites eligible individuals (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services (attach curriculum vitae with description of experience in similar assignments, similar conditions, etc.)
