All the good farmers and their families, our rural people of the Solomon Islands, the agri business community, including commodity buyers and exporters, and all our stakeholders.

Let us not forget the fact in St. John 3 verses 16 as we celebrate this Easter.

For it is the sympathizing love that our Father had for us that led Jesus to be crucified on the cruel cross of Calvary to set us free from the bondage of sin.

As we celebrate this Easter, let us affirm to ourselves the resurrection of Christ from the dead and its powerful liberating message, bringing joy and hope to our beloved nation, overcoming fear and uncertainty.

May this symbol of hope unite us to work together towards reviving and transforming the Agriculture Sector of our beautiful nation, the Solomon Islands

Although the journey ahead will be tough, let this Easter be the guiding beacon to shine beyond humankind to bring the reality of practical stewardship that will drive our commitment to remodelling our agriculture sector to advance the growth of our economy.

We wish you all this Easter with a renewed spirit of hope for all farming families, stakeholders, and partners to have a heart for the police priorities of the GNUT government to prioritize agriculture development strategies and make agriculture attractive going  forward.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock will ensure our good farmers, stakeholders, and partners receive maximum support and will continue to work to fulfill its policies and priorities under the Government for National Unity and Transformation – GNUT.
