The Games Organizing Committee invites interested eligible Tenderers to submit tenders for the Supply and delivery of Video Screen for Games Organizing Committee for the 2023 Pacific Games.

Full details of the Goods are provided in the attached Technical Specifications and Schedule of Requirements.

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2013 and is open to all eligible Tenderers.

Bidders are requested to submit bids for either any items in Lot 1or Lot 2 or all of the lots stated below;

A non-mandatory Briefing Tender Opening on Friday 19 th May,2023 at 2pm at GOC, NHA Sea King Building, Pacific Games.

Tenders shall close on Friday 26th May 2023, no later than 3pm; late tenders will not be accepted will be returned unopened.
