EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

FOR: CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICE AT THE SOL2023 PACIFIC GAMES

The Games Organising Committee (GOC) is currently seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from qualified contractors/vendors to provide solid waste removal services in the clusters of operational venues and villages during the 2023 Pacific Games in Solomon Islands.

The GOC is committed to ensuring that the Games are environmentally sustainable, and waste management is an important aspect of ensuring this commitment is fulfilled.

The GOC intends to work with contractors who can provide efficient and reliable solid waste removal services during the games.

We are inviting interested contractors/vendors to submit their EOIs to be considered for this opportunity.

The Games Organising Committee will also evaluate proposals on the following Criteria’s:

• Experience and Expertise in solid waste removal services
• Capacity to provide the required services during the Pacific Games
• Ability to provide efficient and reliable services.
• Demonstration of environmentally sustainable waste management practices
• Compliance with all relevant and regulations and laws.
• Competitive price and cost effectiveness.
• Availability and responsiveness to service request.
• Reference from previous clients/ Customers.

Please include ‘EOI for Solid Waste Removal Services “in the subject line of the email.

Late submissions may not be considered.
