The HRM will work in partnering with the Company’s GM to manage full range of operation human resources activities for the Company, including the management of the Company Security division and Company HealthCare Center, enhancement of Human capital, contributing to the achievement of business objectives by balancing the daily management of HR issues and participation in projects, while maintaining compliance with the current Company and Government Policies and legislation.

Major Responsibilities

Provides support to the GM and department heads in the management of people, in the analysis and development of organizations, in the management of change processes.

Monitors, guides and ensures cordial Employer and Employee relationships.

Oversees and handles the creation of HR policies and guidelines, and ensures ongoing compliance with company policies and procedures, legal requirements such as the Labour Act, Employment Act and other related legislations.

Manage all international/External HR related programs.

Manage the company’s recruitment process in consultant with GM and Management Team to satisfy organizational needs and overseas company orientation, safety and hygiene, GMPs for new recruits.

Promotes and coordinates the processes and tools for the enhancement of talent the training and development of professional and managerial skills, the planning and implementation of succession plans.

Ensure there is no discrimination practiced in all HR activities.

Monitor salary and wages budget and action as necessary with department managers to ensure salary and wages expenses are within budget, and report of which regularly to the General Manager.

Activity controls and approves payroll process within the Company, including to ensure data accuracy in payroll systems, payment accuracy of employees’ salary, overtime, bonus and others monies due to the employees, and provides reports thereof as required.

Manage and oversee the company’s transport logistics in conjunction with the chief Security Officer.

Manage and oversee the company’s transport logistics in conjunction with the chef Security Officer.

Manage the Company’s medical clinic in conjunction with the Chief Security Officer.

Manage the Company’s medical clinic in conjunction with the Chief Nursing Officer.

Required Qualifications.

Minimum Education: Relevant Degree Business / Management / Human Resources

Strong HR business partnering and generalist experience.

Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR initiatives with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive HR decisions.

Expert knowledge of Talent Management, learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Staff Engagement, Performance management, Change management and Team management.


Min. 10 years of experience in HR Management, with min of5 years in managerial level and managing Boards.
