RETAIL MERCHANDISERS

We are HIRING FOUR (4) RETAIL MERCHANDISERS

To join our existing Trade Team in Honiara and Noro.

The positions are long-term casuals but will be reviewed for permanent positions after 5 months of performance.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, shelves product displays negotiations, price monitoring, stock management, stock inventory, road show promotions, and maintaining relationship building across existing retailers and customers.

You will either work independently or as part of a team.

Applicants should possess:

• Attained High School Certificate Equivalent to Form 7
• Have some ideas in Retail Merchandising, or Marketing, and sales
• Excellent Communication skills (speaking, listening, writing)
• Self – driven with clear & positive attitude to work
• Strong time management abilities, including prioritizing working hours
• Ability to conduct physical work lifting cases up to 50 pounds
• Dynamic, Intellectual, and influential public speaker
• With a passionate “can-do attitude to work
