The office of the Prime Minister & Cabinet is calling on eligible contractors to submit tenders for the Construction of Works on DEMOLITION AND ASBESTOS REMOVAL WORKS TO 1 X CABINET HOUSING QUARTER ATLENGAKIKI RIDGE, TOLU STREET IN HONIARA.
Full details are provided in the attached Technical Specifications, Schedule of Activities and Drawings.
Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual and is open to all eligible Tenderer.
The contract will be awarded the lowest responsive evaluated tender.
Interested eligible Tenderer may obtain further information from Office of the Prime Minister & Cabinet’s Chief Procurement Officer: Ms Anna Norua and Anorua@pmc.gov.sb and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below Office of the Prime Minister & Cabinet from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday (working days).
A complete set of Tender documents in English may be obtained by interested Tenderer on the submission of a personal or written application to the address below.
Tenderers, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 45days after the deadline of Tender submission.
Late or incomplete
Tenders will be rejected.
A non-refundable tender fee of $150.00 is payable to MOFT Cashier and collection of Tender documents with an official receipt at the Procurement Unit at the Office of the Prime Minister & Cabinet.
