Notice
Persuant to section 20 of the Liquor Act (‘the Act)’. Any person wishing to submit an application for a new, renewal or transfer of liquor license, must apply to the chairman of the Honiara City Liquor Licensing Board (“the Board’) using the appropriate form in the Act.
FURTHERMORE, the Board invites individual [s] company[s] and residents of Honiara City to submit any objects that one might have on the following applicants stated on the notice.
Written objections are to be submitted to the Chairman of the Honiara City Council Liquor Licensing Board.
The Board is scheduled to meet on the 28th & 29th of November 2022
