TENDER NOTICE

Ministry Tender Board Reference: MTB NJ 04/22

The National Judiciary invites interested eligible Contractors to submit tenders for the following projects.

LOT 1: Design of High Court Judges Residences (Lengakiki)

LOT 2: Design of Malu’u Court House (Malaita Province)

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Manual and is open to all eligible Tenderers.

Interested eligible Tenders may obtain further information from the National Judiciary: Leonard Alufurai – LAlufurai@courts.gov.sb and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

A complete of set of tender documents in English can be purchased by interested Tenderer at the MOFT cashier for the non-refundable fee of SBD200.00.

The Tender documents can be collected at the National Judiciary and copy of the receipt must be shown as proof of payments.

All Tenders must submit in one original and one copy, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes and must be delivered to the address below.

The Chairperson, Ministry Tender Board, National Judiciary Box G21, Honiara at or before 2:00 PM, Thursday 29th September 2022.

Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend the opening at the High Court Conference Room, High Court Premises, Town Ground, Honiara, Solomon Islands. Late Tenders will be rejected.
