NOTICE TO BUSINESS ENTERPRISES & INSTITUTIONS/OGRANISATIONS.
2020-BUSINESS ACTIVITIES (BS), EMPLOYMENT (ES) & NON PROFIT INSTITUTIONS (NPI) SURVEYS.
3rd AND FINAL REMINDER TO ALL NON-RESPONDENTS.
The Solomon Islands Government (SIG) through the National Statistics Office (NSO), Ministry of Finance and Treasury (MoFT) issues
this Final Reminder in line with the Statistics Act 1970 (Amendments, 2007), for the above survey returns to be furnished to the NSO.
The data from these surveys support SIG’s data compilation of Core Economic and related Indicators to support our Country-Solomon
Islands’ policy and planning, monitoring, and decision-making purposes.
These Survey Questionnaire forms were dispatched via Posting (Postal Mail), Site Visit (face to face) and Email (send via email
addresses) Modes during the first quarter of 2021 until now as noted from the NSO’s Registry.
Take note that your failure to respond by the due dates listed; 30th June 2021, 1st Reminder ended on the 31st July 2021 and so as 2nd
Reminder ended 31st August 2021, is already a breach of the Statistics Act (Amendments, 2007).
This is a serious offence, which carries a fine of SBD$14,000.00 or one-year imprisonment, or both.
So please make every efforts to complete and return the Survey Forms on or not later than 30th September 2021.
