Mandatory Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, or Management, or Public Administration, with a background in Project Management and Monitoring & Evaluation, is required.

Work experiences

1. Five or more years of experience in contract management, monitoring, and evaluation within the public sector.

2. Demonstrated expertise in managing and monitoring performance-based contracts, particularly in the public sector.

3. Proven track record in data collection, analysis, storage, and the timely dissemination of relevant information to stakeholders.

Desirable: Masters in Evaluation
