The Ministry of Police National Security and Correctional Services: TENDER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF RSIPF UNIFORM AND SAFETY SHOES

The Ministry of Police National Security and Correctional Services, through SIG has budget funding for the TENDER LISTED ABOVE WITHREFERENCES and now invites interested eligible Contractors and suppliers to submit tenders for the provision of these items.

A Contractor or Supplier will be selected under Solomon Islands Government Competitive Tendering procedures, specified in the SIG Interim Financial Instructions and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual, and is open to ALL eligible Tenderers.

A complete set of Tender documents in English can be obtained by interested Tenderers at the Ministry of Police National Security and Correctional Services provided that a payment of a non-refundable amount of $200.00 in cash is done at the Ministry of Finance Treasury Cashier.

Tenders must be delivered in sealed envelopes to the address and before the closing time at c) below. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address and time at d) below.

Late or incomplete tenders shall not be accepted and will be returned to the Tenderer.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 45 days after the deadline of Tender submission.

Take note that any attempt by a tenderer to influence the award of the tender in favour of any tenderer will lead to disqualification of that tenderer and may lead to criminal proceedings.
