Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering Procedure specified in SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual and is open to all eligible Tenderers.
To be eligible to participate in the tender, tenderers must provide evidence of the following:
• Honiara City Council valid Business License
• Current Valid Business Registration Certificate from Company Haus
• Valid IRD Tax Registration Certificate
• Proof of Workers Compensation Insurance
• Proof of Financial capability/Current Bank Statement
• Company Profile
