Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2013 and is open to all eligible Tenderers.

To be eligible to participate in the tender, tenderers must provide evidence of the following:

Honiara City Council/Provincial valid Business License

Current Valid Business Registration Certificate from Company Haus

Valid IRD Tax Registration Certificate

Proof of Workers Compensation Insurance

Proof of Financial capability/Current Bank Statement& Company Profile

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from Ministry of Police, National Security & Correctional Services Procurement & Infrastructure Units on Phone: 22208 or Email:  Gideon.gitomae@mpnscs.gov.sb  and inspect the Bidding Documents from 9:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

A complete set of Tender documents in English may be obtained by interested eligible tenderers upon issued receipt from payment of SB$100.00 dollars per tender Document Non-Refundable fee at Ministry of Finance & Treasury (MOFT) Cashier.

Tenders, must be delivered to the address below at or before Closing Time/date Specified above.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 45 days after the deadline of Tender submission.

Late Tenders will be rejected whilst SIG is not bound to accept the lowest (or highest) Bidder.
