PUBLIC TENDER NOTICE

Tender Reference Number: MMERE/S/EO1/22

Name of Project: RURAL ELECTRIFICATION FOR SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITIES THRU HYBRID SOLAR PV OFF-GRID POWER SYSTEM.

Full details of the two Lots above are provided in the Technical Specifications and Schedule of Requirements in the BID document. Bids are to be separated for each of the two lots.

These items are to be procured and delivered to SPIRES Project Off ice, Eagle street, Lengakiki as the delivery destination.

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2013 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2013, and is open to all eligible Tenderers.

To be eligible, a tenderer must at least meet the minimal eligibility requirement as below:

Currently have active registration with the Company Haus

Active bank account with any of the commercial banks in the SI

HCC or Provincial Business Licenses

Have TIN with IRD and a Compliant taxpayer

Interested eligible Tenderer may obtain further information from the SPIRES Project Office within Energy Division, Ministry of Mines, Energy and Rural Electrification (MMERE) at Eagle Street, Lengakiki.

A non-refundable fee of $200.00 will be charged for all BOQ and Bid Document.
