Diploma in Accounting or Financial Management with more than three years of experience in any similar role or environment. 3. Must have a sound knowledge or experience in the SIG Procurement Policy, Financial Instructions, and other related Acts and Regulations. 4. Must possess a good level of oral and written communication skills, hence the ability to develop and present financial reports, assist in staff training, and liaise with senior management. 5.
