Ministry of Mines & Energy Rural Electrification: Construction of the Mines Division Library Building & Engaging a Consultant for the Petroleum Legislation Review & Reform

INVITATION FOR TENDER

The Ministry of Mines, Energy & Rural Electrification invites interested eligible Tenderers to submit tenders for the following Lots.

Lot 1: Construction of the Mines Division Library Building.

Closing Date of submission: 2:00PM, on the 5th Thursday June 2025

Lot 2: Engaging a Consultant for the Petroleum Legislation Review & Reform
Tender Reference Number: MMERE 01/2025
MTB Reference: MTB 01/2025
Closing Date of Submission: 2:00PM, on the 29th Thursday May 2025.

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual, and is open to all eligible Tenderer.

The contract will be awarded the lowest responsive evaluated tender.

Tenders shall be valid for 90…. Days after the deadline of Tender submission. Later or incomplete tender will be rejected.

Tender envelope is to be marked with the Tender Reference Number and the tenders Name on the outside of the envelope. Tenderers must fill the lodgment Register upon submission of tender.

Tenders will be open in the presence of the tenderers representative (s) who wishes to attend at the MOFT Leaf hut House and MMERE Conference Building shortly after the due time as stated for each LOT.

The Central and the Ministerial Tender Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the tenders.

A non-refundable fee of $100.00 upon receipt from the Ministry of Finance and Treasury for the Bidding Documents.
