Contract Name: Petroleum Refining Potential Consultancy
The Ministry of Mines Energy and Rural Electrification (MMERE) is implementing the Democratic Coalition Government for Advancement (DCGA) Policy for the establishment of Petroleum Refining in the Solomon Islands under the Petroleum Refining Institutional Strengthening Project (PRISP).
It aims at strategically utilization of the downstream petroleum sector while simultaneously adjusting to the changing dynamics of Solomon Islands domestic economy and driven by the country’s growing energy demand and development needs.
The main objective of the consultancy service is to undertake a comprehensive assessment of the potential for the establishment of a petroleum refining assessment.
