As we celebrate this Easter, let us all take this time to remember and reflect on the meaning of this season.

1 Peter 1:3 “Praise be to God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy, he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade.”

This Easter signifies that Christ has defeated death and gives hope for salvation for all humankind.

Let us, in the same manner, allow ourselves to forgive and be free from sin, allow ourselves to make positive change, commitments, and sacrifices for the greater good.

Let us be resilient, transformed and strive to make a difference through our service to our families, communities, organisations, country and the region.

Easter is a symbol of hope for salvation and new beginnings.

It is not too late to start again and make a positive transformation.
