It is with a profound sense of joy that I, as the Minister of Infrastructure Development, extend warm greetings to you all on this occasion marking our country’s  47th Independence Anniversary.

In this spirit of gratitude, we give glory to God for the abundant blessings He has bestowed upon us over the past 47 years, as we have witnessed the power of freedom and self-governance.

Let us take a moment to acknowledge leaders who have served both in the public and private sectors. Their dedication and commitment to our country have laid the foundational stones upon which we continue to build and grow.

This year’s theme, “Unity and Stability for Transformation and Prosperity,” resonates with our ministry’s mission: a well-developed infrastructure network is vital for fostering not only economic growth but also social stability and community resilience.

We remain steadfast in our commitment to deliver safe, reliable, integrated, and sustainable infrastructure and transport systems across the nation.

Let us commit ourselves to building a brighter tomorrow for generations to come.
