 INVITATION FOR TENDERS

 Contract Name: SITE CLEARANCE AND DEMOLITION WORK.

The Ministry of Fisheries & Marine Resources invites interested eligible Contractors to submit tenders for the Provision of  Services for the Site Clearance & Demolition work to be provided at Aruligo Hatchery.

Full details are provided in the attached Technical Specifications and Activity Schedule.

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2013 and the  Procurement and Contract Administration Manual, and is open to all eligible Tenderers.

 Inspection of the Bidding Documents at the address given above from 8am-4:30pm week days or visit our website   www.fisheries.gov.sb

A complete set of Tender documents in English may be obtained by interested Tenderers on the submission of a personal or   written application and payment of non-refundable amount $100.00 in cash to the address above.

Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT,   must be delivered to the address below at or before 3:00PM, 28th September 2021.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 45 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will   be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
