Level: L6/7

Location:  SIG ICT Services

Required Qualifications/ Experience: Diploma in IT or 3 years of experience in Desktop Support environment, excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems, Citrix, security, anti-virus, Network Devices, Certification in ITIL and Service Management.
