In accordance with Section 97 and Section 222 of the Customs and Excise ACT, CAP 121, Comptroller has the power to direct the disposal of goods on revocation and disposal of seizure in any manner the Comptroller may direct.

There are eleven vehicles that will be offered for Sale by Tender at the Customs & Excise Headquarters, Point Cruz.

One 60 HP Yamaha OBM engine, one 15 HP Yamaha OBM engine, two 23 feet

Ray boats and one 23 feet pleasure boat at Customs Queen’s Warehouse 2, Henderson on the 26th of May 2021.

Consignees are advised that goods other than seized can be withdrawn from the Tender Sale, if all duties, taxes and storage costs are paid before 10:00AM on the closing date of the Tender.

Pre Inspection can be made on Thursdays 29th of April, 6th, 13th and 20th of May 2021 from 9:00AM to 12:00PM.
