INVITATION FOR TENDERS

1.    The Climate Change Division of the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change Disaster Management and Meteorology invites interested eligible Tenderers to submit Tender for Sikaiana Communication System towards the below activities,

2.    Tender Number: MTB –C 05/21

Design of;

•  1  Communication system to cater for 1 x phone and internet access for 2 x PC
• 2   Solar PV to supply power for the communication system
• 2  Supply of all necessary equipment and materials according to the design Installation of :
• 1  Communication System
• 2  Solar PV system

3   Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instruction 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual and is open to all eligible tenderers.

5.  A complete set of Tender Documents in English may obtain by interested Tenderers from above given address.

6.  Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirement of the ITT, must be addressed to the following:

7. Tenders must be delivered to the address below:

At or before 2:00pm Friday 20th August 2021. Tenders shall be valid for period of 120 days after the dateline of tender submission. Late or incomplete Tenders will be rejected.

8. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers representative who chose to attend at the MECDM Conference shortly after the due time of 2:00 PM on the 20th of August 2021.

9. The Ministerial Tender Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the Tenders.
