 TENDER NAME: SUPPLY OF 24 HOURS SECURITY SERVICE TO MECDM OFFICES

 The MECDM invites eligible and qualified tenderers for the supply of 24-hour security service at its offices in Honiara.

Tendering will be conducted through the Lowest responsive price competitive tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the procurement and contract administration manual (2013) and is open to eligible security service suppliers.

A non-refundable fee of $200 payable at MOFT, with the receipt, to be presented at MECDM before obtaining tender documents.

To qualify for this tender, suppliers must:

Be a SIG registered company with TIN, appropriate business license and bank account

Have at its disposal for use in the contract appropriate security equipment and gears such as VHF radios, batons, uniforms and boots

Proven capability in providing Security Services

Not blacklisted or suspended by any SIG Ministry or agency for poor performance or failure of performance in any of its previous contracts.

Late application and electronic tendering will not be accepted.

The MTB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the tenders.

All sealed bid envelopes, to be clearly marked with tender number and tenderer’s name, to be submitted at or before 4.00pm, Monday 21/11/2022, addressed to:
