Name of Project: Provision of Services for Consultancy for the Detailed Architectural Designs and Project Management Services for Infrastructure Projects for the Asset Management Division (MEHRD)

The Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development invites interested eligible Tenderers to submit tenders for the Provision of Services for Consultancy for the Detailed Architectural Designs and Project Management Services for Infrastructure Projects for the Asset Management Division (MEHRD).

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Bidding Procedures specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010, Procurement and Contract Administration Manual August 2022 and Public Financial Management (Procurement) Regulations 2021 and is open to all eligible Tenderers.

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from Procurement and Contract Management Unit and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below at Tong’s 4 Storey Building Point Cruz, Honiara, Solomon Islands from 09:00 to 16:00 on Mondays to Fridays.

Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below at or before 2pm, 10th November 2022.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission.

Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 2pm, 10th November 2022.
