Expressions of Interest for Cybersecurity Consultant.

As part of our National Computer Emergency Response Team project implementation, the Communication Division of the Ministry of Communication and Aviation is hereby seeking interested cybersecurity professionals to perform the following:

Work with the Communication Division in the planning, designing and establishing the Solomon Islands national Computer Emergency Response Team (SolCERT) operational structure and framework.

Work with Communications Division and SolCERT to design and develop a 3 years Capacity Building Roadmap

To carry out a national stakeholder mapping for SolCERT and develop an MOU template.

Provide technical research on global threats and advisory during the duration of engagement.

The Ministry of Communication and Aviation now invites qualified cybersecurity consultants providing the above services. Interested companies or individuals must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the service(s), description and proof of experience of similar service(s) provided.

The engagement remote, onsite or both. The initial duration of the contract is 3 months.

Interested companies or individuals must submit their Expressions of Interest in a proposal containing all information requested in the EOI by no later than Friday 10th June at 16:00 hours.

 Late submissions will not be considered.
