The Ministry of Commerce, Industries, Labour and Immigration(MCILI) invites interested eligible Contractors to submit tenders for the Construction of SUAVA BAY MARKET HOUSE at Suava Bay, North Malaita, Malaita Province.

Full details are provided in the attached Technical Specifications,Schedule of Activities and Drawings.

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurementand Contract Administration Manual, and is open to all eligible Tenderer.

The contract will be awarded the lowest responsive evaluated tender.

Interested eligible Tenderer may obtain further informationfrom; Mr Patrick Fataga or email: PFataga@commerce.gov.sb and inspect the Bidding Documents at Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Labour& Immigration, Opposite Post Office Town Ground.

A complete set of Tender documents in English can be obtained by interest Tenderer upon presenting a non-refundable receipt of $250.00 to the address above. Receipt to be paid at MoFT Cashier 5, CTB 28/22.Contract Name: Construction of Suava Bay Market House.

Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below at or before 2:00PM, 18^th August 2022.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 45 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late or incomplete Tenders will be rejected.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the, Ministry of Finance & Treasury leaf Hut.
