The Ministry of Commerce, Industries, Labour and Immigration (MCILI) invites interested eligible Contractors to submit tenders for the Construction of LAVADO Cocoa Processing Plant at KiraKira, Makira Ulawa Province.
Full details are provided in the attached Technical Specifications, Schedule of Activities and Drawings.
Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual, and is open to all eligible Tenderer.
The contract will be awarded the lowest responsive evaluated tender.
Interested eligible Tenderer may obtain further information from; Mr Patrick Fataga or email: PFataga@commerce.gov.sband inspect the Bidding Documents at Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Labour & Immigration, Opposite Post Office Town Ground.
A complete set of Tender documents in English can be obtained by the interested Tenderer upon presenting a non-refundable receipt of $500.00 to the address above. Receipt to be paid at MoFT Cashier 5, CTB 22/22.
Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below at or before 3:00 PM, 21st July 2022.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 45 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late or incomplete Tenders will be rejected.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the, Ministry of Finance & Treasury leaf Hut.
