Call for Expression of Interest (EOI): To provide consultancy services as Technical Advisor for the 2025 Annual Fuel and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Price Reviews.

The Consumer Affairs and Price Control (CAPC) Division is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced consultants (individual/firm) to assist the Ministry (MCILI) and the Price Advisory Committee (PAC) as Technical Advisor in reviewing the pricing submissions from Fuel Suppliers, the LPG Supplier and consultations with the retail fuel outlets (RFOs).

The annual fuel and LPG price reviews are important to minimize errors in the petroleum price calculations by ensuring that the price templates used are based on up-to-date information.

It is important for the integrity of the Price Control System that annual reviews are conducted routinely and that significant issues are consistently raised and henceforth addressed.  In addition, apart from conducting the annual fuel and LPG price reviews, the technical advisor will also provide training and capacity development to CAPC officers and PAC members.

Fuel and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) prices are regulated under the Price Control Act and administered by the Price Advisory Committee and the Consumer Affairs and Price Control Division, MCILI.
