Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Labour & Immigration(MCILI) invites REOI from qualified individuals or consulting firms with proven expertise for the activities (projects):

MCILI MTB 01/2025: Need Assessment & Baseline Study for Strengthening E-Commerce Distribution & Delivery Services in Honiara;

MCILI MTB 02/2025: E-Commerce Website Design & Development;

MCILI MTB 03/2025: Multimedia

Submission Requirements: Interested applicants must submit a separate sealed envelope clearly specifying the activity number and description (E.g., “Bid for Activity—MCILI MTB 03/2025: Multimedia Development).

An applicant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the SIG Procurement Manual, Financial Instructions, and TOR for the respective activities/projects.

Obtaining Bid Documents: Interested applicants may obtain further information, TOR and Bid Documents at MCILI’s Head Office or email Lonsdale Lungana: lonsdale.lungana@commerce.gov.sb or Richard Nokia: rnokia@sig.gov.sb.

Cost of Documents: A non-refundable fee of SBD200.00 is required for the Bid Documents.

Payments to be facilitated at the Cashier’s Office– Ministry of Finance & Treasury (MoFT).

Pre-Briefing: For interested applicants, a pre-briefing is scheduled for Thursday, 15th May 2025, from 9 am to 12 pm, at the Common Room, Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Labour & Immigration, as scheduled:
