Project Name: Earth Moving and Clearance Work at Trade Fair Venue

Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Labour & Immigration invites interested eligible contractors for Earth Moving and Clearance Works at the upcoming Trade Fair Venue, located at FOPA village, Lower Panatina Campus, for the preparation and development of the site.

Scope of Work:

Clearing of vegetation, debris, and leveling of the site.

Earth moving and grading as per the site development plan.

Removal and transportation of waste material from the site.

Any additional civil groundwork as required for venue preparation.

Eligibility Criteria:

Contractors must have a valid license for earthwork and construction services.

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar earthwork/site development projects.

Proven track record with government or large private contracts preferred.

Availability of required machinery and skilled workforce.

Last Date for Submission: 13/06/2025 at close of business 4:30 pm

Pre-bid Meeting (if any): 13/06/2025 at the  Ministry of Commerce

Opening of Tenders: 10/06/25 at 3:00 pm
