To His Excellency, XI Jinping, President of the people’s Republic of China, the government and the good people of the People’s Republic of China.

It is indeed with great jubilation that I on behalf of the Government and people of Solomon Islands, convey our sincere congratulations on your 72nd Anniversary to the Founding of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) on 1st October.

Solomon Islands recognizes the significance of your country’s development and transformation from a backward Agrarian society to that of a market economy and to become the second largest economy in the world.

As you celebrate your 72nd National Day Anniversary, Solomon Islands Government and People join me in wishing you, the Government and population of the People’s Republic of China, Happy celebrations.

Your Excellency, Solomon Islands and PRC formalized Diplomatic Relations in 2019, and since then both countries have achieved a lot in the two year relations. Solomon Islands sincerely thank and commend your government and people for the infrastructural assistant and support towards our fight against COVID 19 in the Solomon Islands.

Within the short time of our bilateral relationship, you have delivered and your assistance and support has touched the lives of ordinary Solomon Islanders.

Solomon Islands is ready to cooperate with China to build a global community of shared future for mankind.

Finally, Your Excellency, Solomon Islands acknowledges China’s international standing and leadership role globally, contributing to global peace and security, working with the United Nations, and other International Multilateral Agencies, in tackling poverty alleviation.

Your Excellency, Solomon Islands again wishes you a happy celebration. You and your people deserve all the reasons to celebrate your 72nd National Day!
