LETTER OF INVITATION

The Games Organizing Committee invites interested eligible tenderers to submit tenders for the Supply and Delivery of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment.

Full details of the Sports Equipment are provided in the attached Technical Specifications and Schedule of Requirements.

Bidding will be conducted through the CompetitiveTendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instruction 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2013 and is open to all eligible tenderers.

Bidders are required to submit bids for either one (1), two (2), or three (3) or all of the lots stated below:
