INVITATION FOR TENDERS

Upgrade of Naha field: Earthworks, Construction of Ablution Block, Spectator Fence and Turf Works

The National Hosting Authority (NHA) hereinafter called the “Purchaser”, invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified tenderers for the Upgrade of the Naha field, earthworks, construction of ablution, spectator fence and turf works stated in Lots below and specified in the tender documents.

LOT 1: EARTHWORKS UPGRADE OF NAHA HCC FIELD

LOT 2: CONSTRUCTION OF ABLUTION BLOCK AT NAHA FIELD

LOT 3: CONSTRUCTION OF SPECTATOR FENCE AT NAHA FIELD

LOT 4: TURF WORKS FOR NAHA HCC FIELD

The scope of Works shall include, but not limited to, Upgrade of the Naha field.

A full description of the Specifications and Works Requirement are included in the tender documents.

Tendering will be conducted through the SIG Standard Competitive Tendering Procedures and is open to all eligible tenderers as defined in the Tender Documents.

Tenderers are invited to attend a Pre-tender meeting to respond to any queries or requests for clarifications they might have on the tender documents, to be held on 10 am, Wednesday 24^th August 2022 at the National Hosting Authority Office.

Sealed tender submissions must be delivered to the address below at or before 2:00 pm Friday 2^nd September 2022.

Electronic tendering shall not be permitted.

Tenders will be opened physical in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend in person at the Project Management Unit office, shortly after the due time at 2:00 pm.

All tender submissions are to be clearly marked with tender name, tender number and bidders name and addressed to:

The Games Tender Board (GTB) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders.

Late tender submissions will be rejected and returned unopened.
