INVITATION FOR TENDERS

TENDER NAME: TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ICT EQUIPMENTS FOR GAMES ORGANISING COMMITTEE

TENDER NUMBER: GTB – GOC 22 /22

The GAMES ORGANISING COMMITTEE now invites sealed Tenders from eligible and qualified Tenderers for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ICT EQUIPMENTS FOR THE GAMES ORGANISING COMMITTEE FOR PG2023.

The Procuring Entity has budget funds available and intends that part of the proceeds of the budget will be used to cover eligible payments under this Contract.

Tendering will be conducted through the Closed Tender procedures specified in the SIG Financial Instructions and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual and is open to selected and identified Tenderers as defined in the ITT.

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender Documents at the National Hosting Authority office at Sea King Restaurant-Building-Honiara on Mondays to Fridays three days prior to closing date specified below.

Pre-tender will be on Thursday 27th October 2022 at the National Hosting Authority Office- Sea-king Building at 3pm.

All Tenders in one original plus a copy, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address at or before time specified below.

Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend the opening address below.

Closing date shall be Friday 04th November 2022 at or before 2pm at the address below: Opening of tenders shall be conducted thereafter the closing of bids.

Late tenders will not be accepted and will be returned unopened, Games Organizing Committee is not bound to accept the lowest bid price, reasonable price with no variations shall be accepted.

Any bidder attempting to influence the tender process will be disqualified from tender process.
