INVITATION FOR TENDERS

TENDERS FOR TENTS FOR GAMES VENUES AND GAMES VILLAGES FOR PG 2023

TENDER NUMBER: ITB – GOC 18/22

The GAMES ORGANISING COMMITTEE now invites sealed Tenders from eligible and qualified Tenderers for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TENTS FOR THE GAMES VENUES AND GAMES VILLAGES FOR PG2023. The Procuring Entity has budget funds available and intends that part of the proceeds of the budget will be used to cover eligible payments under this contract.

Tendering will be conducted through the Closed Tender procedures specified in the SIG Financial Instructions and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual and is open to selected and identified Tenderers as defined in the ITT.

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tenderers as defined in the ITT.

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender Documents at the National Hosting Authority office at Sea King Restaurant – Building –Honiara on Mondays to Fridays three days prior to the closing date specified below.

All Tenders in one original plus a copy, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address at or beforetime specified below.

Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in the presence of Tenders’ representatives who choose to attend the opening address below.

Closing date shall be Friday 11^th November 2022 at or before 2PM at the address below:

Late tenders will not be accepted and will be returned unopened, Games Organizing Committee is not bound to accept the lowest bid price, and reasonable price with no variation shall be accepted.

Any bidder attempting to influence the tender process will be disqualified from tender process
